With bookcases installed in 16 23 the library can claim to have the oldest interior of any library in Lon don. The library contains early printed books\, medieval manuscripts and a rchives\, as well as a modern collection relating to the history and activ ities of Westminster Abbey since its foundation in the middle of the 10th century.
