 G LIST*\n\nThis workshop is part of the cpd25 Aspects programme\, aimed at
  library staff looking to acquire additional skills and knowledge or staff
  working towards Chartership.\n\nThis is a hands-on and interactive worksh
 op which breaks library marketing down into manageable chunks\, free of ja
 rgon and gimmicks. Above all the focus is on tying your library promotion 
 together into effective marketing campaigns.\n\nWe'll look at marketing st
 rategically as a non-profit organisation\, and then work on segmenting you
 r audience and tailoring messages for each group. We'll also look at how t
 o distribute your messages via social media and other channels\, before ty
 ing everything together in a strategic marketing plan. Delegates will get 
 a template marketing campaign document to work on in the session and then 
 take back to their own institutions to develop.\n\nEverything in this trai
 ning is designed to be applicable right away\, whether you want to better 
 communicate the value of a particular service\, or to market your entire l
 ibrary.\n\nTrainer Biography:\n\nNed Potter is an Academic Liaison Librari
 an at the University of York\, and a Trainer for various organisations inc
 luding the Bodleian\, the NHS and the British Library in the UK\, and PiCS
  in Australasia.\n\nHis book The Library Marketing Toolkit was published b
