Speakers will provide first-hand experienced gained over the past year on applying for jobs online and leading recruitment remotely\, what has worked well and what hasn't. She is seconded from her role as Head of Library Services at RWCMD. Megan has worked most ly in Higher Education libraries but spent over 5 years in a university Ca reers Service information team. She has chaired a number of recruitment pr ocesses and has an interest in job applications and career paths.\n\nJudit h Dray is currently covering Megan Wiley’s role as Head of Library Servi ces at the Royal Welsh College of Music &\; Drama while Megan is on sec ondment at the University of Westminster. She has previously worked in l ibraries and archives at Cardiff University and the Royal Welsh College o f Music &\; Drama and\, during a short career break a couple of years a go\, as an extra on Neighbours! Judith’s first involvement with recruitm ent processes occurred during the pandemic\, but she has been interviewed online a number of times having previously lived and worked in Australia.\ n\nPriya Mehta is an Academic Liaison Librarian at the University of Worce ster. She has worked in libraries since 2009 with roles in public and acad emic libraries\, covering areas including front line customer service\, ca taloguing and acquisitions. In 2018\, she graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MA in Library and Information Services Management.
