DESCRIPTION:This workshop is part of the cpd25 Aspects programme\, aimed at
  library staff looking to acquire additional skills and knowledge or staff
  working towards Chartership.\n\nThis workshop is designed to share and ce
 lebrate the successes and diversity of four key cultural organisations and
  the lessons we can learn from each other\, in terms of service relevance\
 , modernisation\, professional practices and audience engagement.\n\nProgr

 chives’\n\n11.45    Q&amp\;A\n\nSpeaker biographies:\n\nGustavo Grand
 al Montero is an art librarian and researcher. He joined Tate as Library C
 ollections and Engagement Manage in 2021 and was previously subject librar
 ian and special collections curator at Chelsea College of Arts and Camberw
 ell College of Arts\, University of the Arts London. Trained as an art his
 torian\, he writes and presents regularly on art and librarianship topics 
 and has contributed to a range of academic and professional journals and m
 onographs. He is Editor of the Art Libraries Journal (Cambridge UP).\n\nJa
 ne Bramwell. Following a career in Further Education libraries\, Jane join
 ed as Tate Librarian in 2007\, and became Head of Library\, Archive and Co
 llection Access in January 2009. Jane was the Project Lead on Archives &am
 p\; Access and continues to support other digitisation and cataloguing pro
 jects at Tate and is an active member of ARLIS and MLAG. \n\nAngie Appleg
 ate has worked in academic libraries for over 10 years\, predominantly in 
 art and design institutions. She is currently at the Royal College of Art\
 , responsible for liaison with the Schools of Arts &amp\; Humanities\, Com
 munication and Architecture. Angie has an MA in Library &amp\; Information
  Studies from UCL and a PgCert in Art &amp\; Design Education. She is part
 icularly interested in issues in critical librarianship\, including decolo
 nising Library collections and non-hierarchical methods of information exc
 hange.\n\nJames Soderman has worked as a Faculty Liaison Librarian (FLL) a
 t Queen Mary University of London for the past 6 years. As a FLL he is res
 ponsible for liaising with the Faculty on all levels\, and to promote info
 rmation literacy skills. He spends lots of his time teaching. His backgrou
 nd is primarily in education\, as he had his start as a school librarian. 
 He worked as a school librarian in both Sweden and Hong Kong. He also had 
 a short stint in a civil engineering library. He has worked for Queen Mary
  since 2011\, where he started in the frontline team.\n\nDrew Ellery is a 
 Collections Engagement Officer\, before that he worked as a Digital Office
 r at the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Education Trust in Manchester. He specialises i
 n audience-focused digital engagement with the aim of increasing participa
 tion\, diversity\, and interest in archives. His practice involves using a
 udio\, images and video as outputs for public engagement. At the National 
 Archives\, Drew supports the production of the podcast\, ‘On the Record
 ’ as well as projects within the Education and Editorial teams. Drew beg
 an his career under the Transforming Archives traineeship programme where 
 he was based at Archives+ (Manchester Libraries\, Information\, and Archiv
 e). He has obtained a BA in Journalism and an MA in Art Gallery and Museum
  Studies.\n\nCost\n£25.00 members\n£50.00 non member institutions\n\nInf
