 ner or later in your career it is likely that you will have to supervise o
 r manage other library staff. This workshop is aimed at people taking thei
 r first steps in staff management\, or who are interested in doing so. Dra
 wing on their own considerable experience\, our speakers will cover the ba
 sics of supervision and line management and include sections on emotional 
 intelligence\, dealing with performance issues\, managing change and leadi
