 nchmarking activities relating to their help and enquiry desks + Q & A on 
 his talk\n\n3.40 Tea/coffee break\n\n4.00 Helen Edwards from the London Bu
 siness School will give an overview of: Their own performance indicators a
 nd service usage stats\; LibQual\; ServiceProbe + Q & A on her talk\n\n4.4
 0 10-15 minute round up of the afternoon and chance to thank speakers and 
 attendees for participating and last chance for questions\n\n\n\nCost is 
 £30 for cpd25 members and £45 for other institutions\, including refresh
 ments.\n\nPlease note there are limited places available for this event. C
 ancellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% can
 cellation fee. In the event of a 'no-show' the full fee will be charged.\n
