DESCRIPTION:This planning event is for all cpd25 Task and Steering Group m
 embers.\n\nThe day will run as follows:\n\n10.30 – 11am: Registration wi
 th tea/coffee/biscuits\;\n\n11 – 12.30pm: Each task group will hold a me
 eting with its members to discuss their plans for the 2014-15 events &amp\
 ; visits programme:\n\nTask Group 1 = will meet in the Sylvester Room\n\nT
 ask Group 2 = will meet in the Burnside Room\n\nTask Group 3 = will meet i
 n the Hardy Room\n\nTask Group 4 = will meet in the Cayley Room\;\n\n12.30
 pm – 1.30pm: Lunch [please can you let me know if you have any special d
 ietary requirements]\;\n\n1.30 – 3pm: All the task groups will come toge
 ther in the Hardy Room\;\n\n3 – 4pm: The day will finish with the cpd25 
 Steering Group holding a meeting to ‘draw everything together’.\n\nVen
