 laims etc.\n 	Tactics for dealing effectively with the most common of thes
 e impact effects\n 	Further information on how to stay focussed and on-tra
 ck during these difficult times\n\nSession Programme: \n\n 	5 categories o
 f problems\n 	Chat: category 1— counter claims\n 	Group work: topics 2-4
 \n 	Chat: category 5 - bystanders\n\nAll difficult issues tend to elaborat
 e and complicate in different ways\, and in this session we look at the mo
 st common ones for this group. The first (counter-claims) we discuss as a 
 group\, then groups work on the other three\, with a final discussion on h
 ow to cope with other staff taking sides.\n\nThis session is an element of
  the Difficult Managerial Issues course. To ensure that they work effectiv
 ely online and provide flexibility\, they are being delivered as four stan
 dalone events. You may book one\, or a combination\, depending on your req
 uirements. Each session will include a short recap of the previous\, to pu
 ll them together as a series for those who choose to book all four.\n\nInf
