 ositive outlook: cognitive restructuring and letting go.\n\n3. Skills in m
 anaging communication and conflict including handling anger (own and other
 s) and recognising non-verbal signs.\n\nThe workshop will aim to build up 
 interpersonal skills that can be brought to conflict scenarios\, and devel
 op ways to use emotional understanding of others to get “win/win" result
 s.\n\nThe workshop will also help participants recognise anger\, both thei
 r own and others\, and ways of using this intelligently and assertively to
  create a positive outcome.\n\nThis event will be totally interactive and 
 participants should be prepared to be involved in discussion and problem s
 olving activities.\n\nBooking Information:\nThe cost for cpd25 members is 
 £90 for this all day session. For non members the price is £130. Lunch a
