 ore Emotional Intelligence so that participants are able to recognise thei
 r own abilities and use them constructively in their day to day roles.\n\n
 Course Objectives\n1. Understanding of what is meant by emotional intellig
 ence\, and finding personal EQ strengths and weaknesses.\n2. Controlling n
 egative thinking\, maintaining optimism and positive outlook: cognitive re
 structuring and letting go.\n3. Skills in managing communication and confl
 ict including handling anger (own and others) and recognising non-verbal s
 igns.\n\nThe workshop will aim to build up interpersonal skills that can b
 e brought to conflict scenarios\, and develop ways to use emotional unders
 tanding of others to get “win/win&quot\; results.\nThe workshop will als
 o help participants recognise anger\, both their own and others\, and ways
  of using this intelligently and assertively to create a positive outcome.
