DESCRIPTION:With popular trainer Ash Charlton.\n\nThis full day session wil
 l explore Emotional Intelligence so that participants are able to recognis
 e their own abilities and use them constructively in their day to day role
 s.\n\nEmotional Intelligence: “The wider range of qualities which enable
  people to excel\; self-awareness\, impulse control\, persistence\, empath
 y\, etc. (Daniel Goleman\, Emotional Intelligence).\n\nFeedback from previ

 d for thought and some changes in behaviour.\n“Ash was an excellent pres
 enter - with a good mix of theory and examples.\n“I would recommend othe

 ctives:\n1. Understanding what is meant by emotional intelligence\, and fi
 nding personal EQ strengths and weaknesses.\n2. Controlling negative think
 ing\, maintaining optimism and positive outlook: cognitive restructuring a
 nd letting go.\n3. Skills in managing communication and conflict including
  handling anger (own and others) and recognising non-verbal signs.\n\nThis
  workshop will aim to build up interpersonal skills that can be brought to
  conflict scenarios\, and develop ways to use emotional understanding of o
 thers to get “win/win&quot\; results. The workshop will also help partic
 ipants recognise anger\, both their own and others\, and ways of using thi
 s intelligently and assertively to create a positive outcome. The day will
  be totally interactive and participants should be prepared to be involved
