 \nCareer development\nThis is part of a series of online events\, aiming t
 o provide a safe and supportive space for staff to meet and share issues a
 nd experiences of library work during the pandemic. The session will run f
 or an hour\, using Zoom breakout spaces to allow small group chat. Moderat
 ors will be present to help collate ideas which can be shared with all par
 ticipants.\nFor this event\, the theme is around the experience of develop
 ing your career and pursuing CPD during a pandemic. Have you found it diff
 icult to keep up with your professional development over the past few mont
