DESCRIPTION:Exchange of experience: supporting each other during COVID-19\n
 \nManaging the student experience during lockdown\n\nThis is part of a ser
 ies of online events\, aiming to provide a safe and supportive space for s
 taff to meet and share issues and experiences of library work during the p
 andemic. The session will run for an hour\, using Zoom breakout spaces to 
 allow small group chat. Moderators will be present to help collate ideas w
 hich can be shared with all participants.\n\nThis event is open to all M25
  Consortium members. We are using a theme for each event\, so there is a f
 ocus. For this event\, it is around the student experience and managing it
  during lockdown. This could include sharing top tips about how your insti
 tutions have maintained the student experience during lockdowns. What has 
 worked well and what hasn’t. Also\, what practices you have put into pla
 ce to support your students to create a safe environment\, and any service
 s that you have tweaked or introduced to enhance and maintain the student
