SUMMARY:Exchange of Experience: supporting each other during Covid [TG4/Exc
 hange]
DESCRIPTION:This is planned to be the first of a series of online events\, 
 aiming to provide a safe and supportive space for staff to meet and share 
 issues and experiences of library work during the pandemic. The session wi
 ll run for an hour\, using Zoom breakout spaces to allow small group chat.
  Moderators will be present to help collate ideas which can be shared with
  all participants.\n\nThis event is open to all M25 Consortium members\, b
 ut would benefit in particular Senior Library assistants\, Information Ser
 vices Supervisors\, Library Assistants\, Information Assistants or their e
 quivalent. As the annual SLA Conference has been postponed this year\, and
  the networking element of that is very valuable\, this seems a good way t
 o start the series.  We are using a theme for each event\, so there is a 
 focus. For this event\, it is around sharing and caring. This could includ
 e sharing top tips about how you\, and your institutions\, have maintained
  positivity during lock downs. What has worked well and what hasn’t. Als
 o\, what practices you have put into place to support your teams and stude
 nts to create a safe environment.\nInformation for joining this session:\n
