DESCRIPTION:* Please note that this workshop complements the workshop on Ch
 ange Management which is being held on 23rd May 2012 * \n\nGiving effectiv
 e feedback and managing difficult conversations are key performance manage
 ment skills that many find challenging. This workshop\, facilitated by LEV
 ELheaded\, will explore why these skills are so important\, how to improve
  them and provide a practical toolkit of techniques for managers and super
 visors to take back to the work place.  \n\nProgramme: \n\n9.00-9.30: Regi
 stration and coffee\n\n9.30-9.45: Introduction \n\n9.45-10.25: Session 1- 
 Feedback principles: What is feedback for\, why should you bother and what
  happens if you don’t give it?\n\n10.25-11.05: Session 2 - Difficult con
 versations: What makes them difficult? How to prepare and how to keep the 
 conversation on track \n\n11.05-11.20: Coffee\n\n11.20-12.00: Session 3 
 – A 3 step model of feedback.\n\n12.00-12.40: Session 4 – Practice you
 r difficult conversation in a safe environment\n\n12.40-1.00: Action plann
