 vironmental requests\, and those that must ensure compliance with disclosu
 re legislation in higher education and other academic institutions. \n\nWh

  of Information\, Data Protection and Environmental Information legislatio
 n and how they relate to each other.\n\nWhat has the FoI experience taught
  us? An analysis of requests\, case studies: some notorious requests. What

 ion. \n\nHow records management can help.\n\nHow to manage requests.\n\nTh

 Oriental and African Studies. Peter is responsible for FoI\, Data Protecti
 on\, records management and archives at SOAS.\n•	Rachel Jarvis\, Head of
  Archives and Records Management at Royal Holloway\, University of London 
 and Secretary of the Records Management Society HE/FE Group.\n•	Tony Haw
 orth\, Corporate Information & Knowledge Manager\, Roehampton University.
