DESCRIPTION:With new ways of delivering enquiry and user support services\,
  it is necessary for all library staff to have the knowledge and confidenc
 e to handle a wide range of enquiries. \n\nThis session explores some nove
 l methods of developing library staff information skills using interactive
  techniques\, VLE modules and distance learning. The day will take a pract
 ical approach with examples from trainees and practitioners.\n\nThis event
