  Leadership Briefing on Shared Services\n\nWe welcome library leaders to t
 he second of this year’s M25 Consortium Leadership Briefings to be held 
 on the afternoon of Friday 26th June 2.00-4.00pm.\n\nDue to the hot weathe
 r expected on Friday\, this event is now being held online. If you have re

  at shared services in libraries and will feature an overview of the recen
 t report published by the SCONUL Task and Finish Group on Shared Services 
 as well as two case studies.\n\nProgramme:\n\nShared Services in Academic 
 and Research Libraries: a SCONUL report\, David Clover\, Director of Libra
 ry Services and Digital Skills\, Middlesex University. \n\n\n3in1 – A U
 nified Library Management System for three universities\, Dave Puplett\, A
 ssociate Director - Libraries and Learning Technology\, University of Gree
 nwich.\n\nPiloting a Roving Archivist Programme for the University of Lond
 on Federation – Beth Astridge\, University Archivist and Oliver House\, 
 Roving Archivist\, Senate House Library.\n\nTime for questions for the pan
 el and an open discussion between attendees.\n\nCost:\n\n\n\n 	M25 Consort
 ium members receive one free place per institution for each Leadership Bri
 efing event. Additional places cost £75\n\nCancellation Policy\n\nCancell
 ations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cancellat
 ion fee (£37.50). In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day\, the full f
 ee will be charged (£75).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;
