DESCRIPTION:What we do in the training room matters\, but what our trainees

 rning transfer can be applied in the workplace\, and end with an open for

 ibutor to enabling learning transfer due to their involvement is supplying

 ff development point of view - how do the librarians manage their own lear
 ning transfer following their attendance at a training course?\n\nThis eve
