DESCRIPTION:The London Transport Museum Depot in Acton is a working museum 
 store housing over 320\,000 objects.\n\nThese include: rare road &amp\; ra
 il vehicles spanning over 100 years\, bus and rail sheds\, signs\, ceramic
  tiles\, uniforms\, models\, equipment of all kinds\, original posters\, e
 phemera\, ticket machines and tickets.\n\nThe ephemera collection is made 
 up of principally paper items that were not designed to last. The collecti
 ons include leaflets containing information about events or services\, pro
 duced by Transport for London\, London Transport and predecessor companies
 . Also guides\, illustrations\, menus\, rule books and press cuttings. Oth
 er paper items such as maps\, timetables and tickets are held in separate 
 collections.\n\nThe visit will particularly focus on paper collections and
  will be led by Curator\, Debbie Barnes.\n\n\nAddress:\n118-120 Gunnersbur

 ssible\, having a lift to first floor areas. \n\n\nBookings for visits are
  open to members of the M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries only.\nPlaces
  are strictly limited.\n\nTo reserve a space please use our online bookin

 as soon as possible.\n\nCancellations received less than three working day
 s before the event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event o
 f a ‘no-show’ on the day\, £25 will be charged.
