 raining event - Making statistics work for you. This is aimed at middle an
 d junior library and information managers with little or no experience of 
 producing or using statistics and similar management information. The cour
 se leader is Claire Creaser\, Deputy Director & Senior Statistician\, LISU
 . The course will cover the following: - Evidence based management: ration
 ale\; data collection\; analysis & presentation. - Practical work and disc
 ussion using SCONUL data. - Putting it into practice: statistical benchmar
 king\; project evaluation - Discussion of specific issues - anyone with a 
 specific query which they would like discussed can email Claire in advance

 iliate members and £100 for other institutions\, including refreshments.
