 e view of performance management in your Unit and how you can progress per
 formance management and connect it to your Unit achieving its goals.\n\nCo
 ntent - Our specific Goals will be to:\n\n•	Strengthen and clarify parti
 cipants’ “Vision” for performance management and how this would trac
 k through to improved performance for their Unit.\n•	Identify specifical
 ly how they need to contribute personally in their management role to driv
 ing effective performance management.\n•	Learn and apply some key models
  and ideas for tackling real performance management issues in their Units.
 \n•	Identify any further specific actions at both Unit and personal leve
 ls that are needed to drive performance management forward- a Personal Act
