 sruptive for anyone.\n\nThis session is aimed at everyone\, from managers 
 helping staff through a period of change\, to anyone experiencing changes 
 in their working life.\n\nCourse Objectives:\n1. Understanding of the prob
 lems change can cause for staff\, and developing strategies to minimise re
 sentment and loss of morale and motivation.\n2. Skills in developing an ef
 fective change plan and getting staff agreement to this.\n3. Knowledge of 
 how and when to effectively use consultation and negotiation\, and where t
 his is not appropriate.\n\nAsh Charlton is a highly experienced and popula
