Alongside the traditional re sources\, the library may replicate the comfort of a modern entertainment hub with cafés\, big screen areas\, comfy seating with demanding expectat ions from the patrons. In this atmosphere frontline staff may face increas ingly difficult anti-social behaviour. Drawing on the rich experience of t he speakers this workshop will examine approaches to setting boundaries fo r behaviour while maintaining a friendly professional environment for lear ning and teaching support.\n\nThis workshop would be ideal for front-line library staff\, library supervisors and student services staff.
