 anted to know more about competency frameworks then this interactive works
 hop is for you. \n\nLouise Hart\, the facilitator\, will be sharing her ex
 perience at the University of Derby and the workshop will aim to include t
 he following: definitions of a competency framework\; introducing competen
 cies\; assessment methods\; feedback\; and potential for using a competenc
 y framework for training needs analysis.\n\nThe workshop will comprise a m
 ixture of facilitator input and group work.\n\nBooking Information:\nBooki
 ng is available to cpd25 members at £40 per person\, including lunch and 
 refreshments. The fee for non members is £60. \n\nPlease note that there 
 are limited places available for this event. Cancellations less than one w
 eek before the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event
