DESCRIPTION:Supporting wellbeing as information professionals has never bee
 n more important. But what does supporting wellbeing actually look like in
  practice? How do we support wellbeing online as well as in person? What i
 s the future of supporting wellbeing and just how much can we do? In this 
 event our speakers will explore potential answers to all of these question

 \n\nAlice Soares graduated in Modern Languages and has worked in Library F
 rontline Services\, and a variety of Customer Service roles. In addition t
 o this she coordinated an award-winning children’s Brazilian Portuguese 
 Saturday supplementary school on a voluntary basis for a number of years. 
 She’s currently a Library Customer Service Supervisor at Marylebone Libr
 ary\, University of Westminster\, London\n\nJoseph Dempster is a Library A
 ssistant at the UCL Institute of Education Library\, working within their 
 customer services team for four years. Joseph has volunteered to be part o
 f UCL’s Wellbeing Champion scheme since 2018.\n\nHilary Hallas: I’ve w
 orked at the Library for just over 44 years in many different roles and de
 partments. It‘s been great to have completely different roles without th
 e upheaval of joining a new company\, but of the many roles I’ve held th
 is one is the most rewarding. Though I’ve only been in the role official
 ly for just over a year I have had an interest in the Wellbeing of my coll
 eagues for a number of years.\n\nCost\n£25.00 members\n£50.00 non member

  will run via Zoom. Once your booking has been confirmed\, joining instruc
