 you our ninth annual event\, designed for those who supervise staff\, serv
 ices or both. Following our previous successes\, the day will encourage pa
 rticipants to consider how we both create and sustain successful teams in 
 our workplace.\n\nHow did The Beatles go from this:\n\n\n\nTo this:\n\n\n\
 nOver the course of the day we will consider how teams respond to changes 
 in priorities and environment. How\, as team members\, can we become proac
 tive about change and utilise team strengths to ensure that we are ready t
 o engage with future challenges?\n\nThis will be a highly participative da
 y with plenty of opportunities for networking – enabling attendees to sh
 are their experiences and best practice.\n\nThis event is open to all\, bu
 t would benefit in particular Senior Library Assistants\, Information Serv
 ices Supervisors\, Library Assistants\, Information Assistants (or their e
