DESCRIPTION:cpd25 are delighted to offer this exciting two-day course run b
 y Erica Sosna\, a highly skilled and experienced facilitator.\n\nThe cours
 e will provide you with the relationship\, management and planning skills 
 to be able to thrive in any role you find yourself in. It is highly intera
 ctive and you will get a lot of practice with each tool that the trainer  
 shares with you. \n\nThe first day (9th March) will cover coaching for man
 agers\, presentation & general communication skills\, how to solve problem
 s as a team and project planning.\n\nThe second day (23rd March) will expl
 ore time & email management\, how to get things done\, negotiation\, emoti
 onal intelligence and how to cope with change. \n\n* If you have any parti
 cular training needs or requirements in addition to the above please email
  the cpd25 Administrator prior to the course and the trainer will do her b
 est to integrate these into the programme *  \n\nThis course is suitable f
 or anyone seeking to develop their professional skills\, learn new tools a
