Highly recognised as an open and honest communicator\, u sing intuitive listening skills and acute emotional intelligence\, Nicole brings a breadth of experience as a coaching expert and Project Manager wi th proven expertise in mediation\, stakeholder management\, logistics\, fa cilitation\, review and change management.\n\nNicole’s background\, prio r to her move into consultancy for individuals and organisations\, is 25 y ears of leadership experience\, 17 as an executive headteacher in a number of complicated London schools. She has significant experience managing di verse and complex senior teams in a high accountability sector\, building their resilience while rapid shifts in stakeholder expectations were the o nly certainty.
