 d you like to develop or review your negotiation skills? If so this might 
 be a useful course for you. All of us need to be able to negotiate effecti
 vely with a whole range of contacts. These might include our peers\, our c
 olleagues\, our managers\, our staff\, academics and external suppliers. A
 sh Charlton\, who in previous years has run the very successful and popula
 r CPD25 Emotional Intelligence workshop\, will be delivering the new Negot
 iation Skills workshop during which you will:\n\n• raise your awareness 
 of what is meant by ‘negotiation’ and what the desirable outcomes of s
 uccessful negotiation might be\n• gain practical skills in clear communi
 cation during negotiation to avoid conflict\n• learn how to manage confl
 ict successfully and achieve win/win outcomes.\n\nThis one day workshop is
  suitable for all staff who need to be able to negotiate successfully with
  a range of people in their jobs.\n\nBooking Info:\nBooking is available t
 o cpd25 members at £70 per person\, including lunch and refreshments. The
  fee for non members is £110. \n\nPlease note that there are limited plac
 es available for this event. Cancellations less than one week before the e
 vent will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show
