DESCRIPTION:This is an informal networking event for those interested in an
 d working on customer service issues\, with a particular focus on pop-up l
 ibraries which is a new initiative at the University of Westminster.\n\nTh
 e start time is 4pm with a short presentation taking place on our pop-up
  activity at Westminster followed by informal discussion.\n\nAt 5pm there 
 is the option to continue networking in a nearby bar/pub\, with a short d
 etour to one of our libraries which recently had a successful make-over.\n
 \nVenue: Room CH1.14 on the first floor of 101 New Cavendish Street\, W1W 
 6XH.\n\nThe nearest tube stations are Great Portland Street\, Goodge Stree
