 egies\n 	Created a personal action plan for future presentations\n\nIn sma

 I’m a freelance consultant who provides training for information profess
 ionals on presentation skills\, training\, social media\, moving into mana
 gement\, customer service skills and resilience and change management. My 
 chief strength is in designing\, facilitating and delivering interactive c
 ourses that allow delegates to engage with their learning.  I am the Chai
