DESCRIPTION:This workshop is part of the cpd25 Aspects programme\, aimed at
  library staff looking to acquire additional skills and knowledge or staff
  working towards Chartership. CILIP’s ethical principles require members
  to show “respect for confidentiality and privacy in dealing with inform
 ation users”. This workshop will explore some of the issues around priva
 cy and confidentiality and highlight some of the key tools available to pr
