 for working on real life\, practice related problems. As part of a small g
 roup (set) of peers\, you will be able to address the current challenges y
 ou face\, be encouraged to find your own solutions to problems through ins
 ightful questioning\, within a supportive group.\n\nBy meeting with peers 
 regularly over a fixed period of time\, you will benefit from working on r
 eal problems in a confidential and empowering environment\, have time to e
 xplore and reflect on current challenges\, evolve fresh ideas\, find your 
 own solutions\, develop critical thinking\, listening and questioning skil
 ls and develop a network of peers to call upon for support.\n\nAs an activ
 e participant in our Action Learning Set you will work collectively to que
 stion and reflect\, taking responsibility for making progress/applying ins
 ight to identified problems within your workplace.\n\nA typical meeting wi
 ll last 2 -3 hours and each participant will be committing to attend all m
 eetings. A facilitator will join the group throughout the sessions. This i
 s aimed at individuals with management responsibilities who have not parti
 cipated in an Action Learning Set previously.\n\nThis is the first of four
  sessions\, which will include an introduction to an action learning set\,
  participant introductions\, icebreaker activities and the first meeting. 
 There will be three subsequent meetings approx. 6 weeks apart\, the dates 
 and venues to be agreed by the participants.\n\nFacilitator\nDiane Hilton\

  Members\n£135 for Other Institutions\n\nThe price covers attendance at a

 ithout this.\n\nCancellations less than one week before the event will be 
 charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day
