DESCRIPTION:Goldsmiths used &quot\;Processfix&quot\; to improve shelving pr
 ocesses in Dec 2009. The result has been a reduction in average shelving t
 ime from 121 hours to 2 hours 10 minutes without using more staff or speci
 alist equipment.\n\nThis visit is for those interested in finding out how 
 these improvements have been possible and what the Processfix process invo
 lves. There will be a general tour of the library followed by presentation
