 op will look at the principles and techniques of project management with s
 taff development consultant\, Roger Mayhew. Delegates will have the opport
 unity to relate the issues discussed to their own projects.  \n\nThe works
 hop is aimed at a broad  range of people\, from Library Assistants upwards
 \, who may be planning projects\, large or small \n\nIn the afternoon ther
 e will be four case studies illustrating different aspects of project plan
 ning - from space and digital projects\, to mergers and staffing.\n\n\nPro
