 \n\nThis year’s SDO event will be an exchange of experience session\, al
 lowing delegates to come together and share ideas on various issues relati
 ng to staff development and to highlight areas of good practice.  Followin
 g a brief introduction from Mary Nixon\, CPD25 Chair\, the morning will ta
 ke the form of a series of facilitated group discussions.  Topics covered 
 will include:\n\n•	Persuasion\n•	Future-proofing skills\n•	Kitemarki
 ng training provision\n•	Who should deliver training?\n\nCost: £20 for 
 CPD25 members\, and £35 for other institutions\, including refreshments.\
 n\nPlease note that there are limited places available for this event. Can
 cellations less than one week before the event will be charged a 50% cance
 llation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day\, the full fee wil
