DESCRIPTION:Staff Development Officers Forum I: Organising and running your

 elopment Ltd.\n\nCPD25 is very pleased to offer a practically focussed aft
 ernoon discussion forum on organising and running your own training sessio
 ns on Wednesday 6th April 2011.  \n\nThe event will begin with lunch and w
 ill be followed by the workshop\, run by Nicola.\n\nThe afternoon will foc
 us on the following topics:\n•	The target audience and their learning st
 yle\;\n•	Designing the session for your audience\;\n•	Designing suppor
 t materials\;\n•	How to involve the audience\;\n•	Providing feedback\;
 \n•	Gaining feedback on your performance as a trainer\n\nThe workshop wi
 ll be highly interactive.  \n\nDelegates are requested to bring along with
  them an example of a session they will be running in the near future.\n\n

  institutions. \n\nCancellations less than one week before the event will 
 be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the 
 day\, the full fee will be charged.
