 s (Edge Hill College)\n\nThis year’s SDO morning will be devoted to the 
 issue of implementing job shadowing schemes in libraries and their potenti
 al use as a staff development tool. Taking the session will be Sue Roberts
 \, Head of Learning Services at Edge Hill College of HE. She will present 
 a case study of their own experiences\, run through some of the transferab
 le principles\, and look at some of the benefits to the shadow and the hos
 t. There will also be an opportunity for discussions on how job shadowing 
 might work in delegates’ institutions.\n\nProgramme:\n\n9.30-10.00 Regis
