DESCRIPTION:This event will be of interest to line managers\, those involve
 d in the recruitment process or those interested in a management role.\n\n
 With increased budget pressures\, it is more important than ever to get th
 e recruitment process right and to ensure you have the right people in the
  right place. This event aims to explore how other universities recruit st
 aff\, how they ensure that their staffing structures are appropriate and a
 lternative staffing models.\n\nThe event also includes a group discussion 
 where we would like delegates to discuss induction processes at their inst
 itutions: how are they conducted? What works? What doesn’t work? What wo
 uld you do to improve the process?\n\nWe also encourage both delegates and
  non-attendees to engage in the discussion on Twitter using the hashtag #l
