Having worked for several years as the Interlibrary Req uests Supervisor\, Annette has developed a great admiration for the interl ending and document supply network of participating libraries as well as t he technologies and workflows that support an Interlibrary Loan service. A nnette has a strong interest in the provision and use of ebooks in academi c libraries and has been instrumental in the management and delivery of Et extbooks to the University of Sussex Business School.  Annette has publis hed a case study on Instant Fulfilment for Interlibrary Request and the us e of Patron Driven Acquisition and also spoken at various events on the su bject of usage statistics\, data analysis and visualisation.\n\nEleanor Cr aig (University of Sussex)\nEleanor is currently the Content Delivery and Access Librarian at the University of Sussex.\n\nJennifer Perkins (Clio UK )\nJennifer worked in Interlibrary Loan in university libraries before co- founding Clio Software in the US.  She then received a master’s degree at the University of Michigan’s School of Information.  Since 2010 she has resided in Edinburgh\, building the current\, hosted version\, of Clio with UK customers in mind from the beginning.\n\nAndy Appleyard (British Library)\nAndy is responsible operationally for a range of services at the British Library including - Document Supply\, Reading Room support\, Imag ing and Digitization\, Partnerships and Licensing\,  Customer Services\, Public Lending Right and UKRR. He became involved with UKRR when he joined the BL in 2007 and has been involved in varying degrees over the project duration.
