DESCRIPTION:CPD25 is pleased to offer an afternoon event with a range of sp
 eakers on topics related to Interlibrary loans and document delivery inclu
 ding approaches to reviewing and improving your service\; and updates on l
 atest developments in the area\n\nPresentations will cover:\n• Reviewin
 g an Interlibrary requests service to provide an efficient and sustainable
  service\n• Improving discovery – to enable one-click access to journ
 al articles\n• The Clio software platform for Inter library loans manag
 ement\n• Customised Collections management: how to harness the benefits 
 of Open access and ILL in a time of library budget reductions\n\nSpeakers:
 \nAnnette Moore (University of Sussex)\nAnnette is currently the Content D
 elivery Manager at the University of Sussex Library.  Her department is r
 esponsible for the acquisition\, cataloguing and discovery of both print a
 nd online resources as well as providing an Interlibrary Request and a Dig
 itisation service. Having worked for several years as the Interlibrary Req
 uests Supervisor\, Annette has developed a great admiration for the interl
 ending and document supply network of participating libraries as well as t
 he technologies and workflows that support an Interlibrary Loan service. A
 nnette has a strong interest in the provision and use of ebooks in academi
 c libraries and has been instrumental in the management and delivery of Et
 extbooks to the University of Sussex Business School.  Annette has publis
 hed a case study on Instant Fulfilment for Interlibrary Request and the us
 e of Patron Driven Acquisition and also spoken at various events on the su
 bject of usage statistics\, data analysis and visualisation.\n\nEleanor Cr
 aig (University of Sussex)\nEleanor is currently the Content Delivery and 
 Access Librarian at the University of Sussex.\n\nJennifer Perkins (Clio UK
 )\nJennifer worked in Interlibrary Loan in university libraries before co-
 founding Clio Software in the US.  She then received a master’s degree 
 at the University of Michigan’s School of Information.  Since 2010 she 
 has resided in Edinburgh\, building the current\, hosted version\, of Clio
  with UK customers in mind from the beginning.\n\nAndy Appleyard (British 
 Library)\nAndy is responsible operationally for a range of services at the
  British Library including - Document Supply\, Reading Room support\, Imag
 ing and Digitization\, Partnerships and Licensing\,  Customer Services\, 
 Public Lending Right and UKRR. He became involved with UKRR when he joined
  the BL in 2007 and has been involved in varying degrees over the project 
 duration. Andy and the BL team are now eagerly looking forward to building
  on the project successes and continuing the good work as part of a BL run
