DESCRIPTION:The BFI Reuben Library began in 1934 and now holds one of the l
 argest collections of written material on film\, television and the moving
  image in the world.\n\nThe tour will include a history of the BFI in gene
 ral\, and an overview of the resources and services offered by the library
  specifically. Attendees will also see the BFI’s Collections Search Data
 base\, BFI Player and the Mediatheque.\n\nSarah Currant\, Senior Librarian
  for Reader and Mediatheque Services will lead the group.\n\nAddress:\nBFI

 note that this visit is now full. Places are available on the waiting list
 .\n\nBookings for visits are open to members of the M25 Consortium of Acad
 emic Libraries only.\n\nTo reserve a space please use our online booking 
 form.\n\nIf subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that 
 you are unable to attend\, we ask that you let us know this as soon as pos
 sible.\n\nCancellations received less than three working days before the e
 vent will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show
 ’ on the day\, £25 will be charged.
