 of the cpd25 Aspects programme\, aimed at library staff looking to acquire
  additional skills and knowledge or staff working towards Chartership.\n\n
 You’ve probably heard of UX\, which uses the techniques of ethnography t
 o explore how users experience library services and spaces. Although it or
 iginated in the world of web usability testing\, UX has been the next big 
 thing in libraries for some time now. But how is UX research actually carr
 ied out in practice\, and does it uncover anything genuinely new? In this 
 workshop\, staff will talk about a recent UX project at the University o
 f the Arts\, and show how the approach can complement other\, more traditi
 onal ways of seeking user feedback\, such as surveys.\n\nSpeakers: Tania

  10% discount will be applied.\n\nCancellations less than one week before 
 the event will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-
