 ence Theme\nOur theme for 2026 is “Sunshine Through the Rain: Celebratin
 g our Successes”\n\nLibraries continue to deliver outstanding services f
 or their users during these challenging financial times. We are taking the
  time at our online Conference to hear from voices across the sector. We w
 ill share achievements\, staff wellbeing initiatives\, projects\, and acti
 vities that have provided some sunshine through the rain: whether small or
