DESCRIPTION:cpd25 has arranged visits to the University of Birmingham's Lib
 rary and also the newly opened public library of Birmingham.\n\nIn the m
 orning we will visit the University library to find out more about their a
 pproach to customer services and in the afternoon we will enjoy a tour of 
 the public library in Birmingham.\n\n* Delegates will be responsible for t
 heir own travel arrangements and details of meeting times will be confirme
 d nearer to the date of the visit *\n\nCosts: £5 (payable on the day)\,
  plus travel costs.\n\nPlease note that there are a very limited number o
