DESCRIPTION:[B]cpd25 Day by the Sea \n14th June 2007: 10.30 - 4.30\nVisits 
 to the Brighton & Hove Jubilee Library and the University of Sussex Specia
 l Collections[/B]\n\ncpd25 is delighted to offer an opportunity to see two
  of East Sussex most renowned Library facilities. The morning will include
  a guided tour around the Jubilee Library in Brighton. Opened in March 200
 5\, the Jubilee Library provides the very best in public library services

 2005/20051014.htm) for its unique design\, environmental achievements and

 Then over to Falmer for a sandwich lunch in the University of Sussex Libra
 ry followed by a tour of the superb special collections. These include\, a
 mongst many wonderful items relating 20th century literary & social histor
 y\, the papers of Virginia & Leonard Woolf papers and other Bloomsbury rel
 ated collections\, the Rudyard Kipling Papers on deposit from the National
  Trust and the Mass Observation Archive which was recently awarded designa
 ted status by the MLA and celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. http:

  when registering\, if there are any specific items or collections in the 
 University of Sussex Special Collections that they would like to see.\n\nT
 he visits are free to attend\, and include a sandwich lunch. Travel costs 
 are NOT included. \n\nWe will begin at the Jubilee library at 10.30\, and 
 finish at University of Sussex 16.00. Dave Puplett\, cpd25\, will lead the
  group between the two libraries\, and will also be travelling to and from
