DESCRIPTION:Twitter - #cpd25MDXTRIP\n\ncpd25 is pleased to offer a visit 
 to the Sheppard Library\, Middlesex University. This visit will include a 
 library tour\, a talk/presentation on the integration of library and stude
 nt services and our customer service ethos\, and a Q&amp\;A session.\n\nTh
 e tour will be conducted by Glyn Hughes\, Library Operations Manager and t
 he talk/presentation will be given by the Head of Student Information and 
 Advice and the Deputy Director of Library and Student Support.\n\nMiddlese
 x’s student helpdesk\, UniHelp\, part of the converged Library and Stude
 nt Services\, has transformed the way student enquiries are resolved. Prov
 iding support at dedicated desks and remotely\, it is the first port of ca
 ll for any student enquiry from course and timetable queries\, to help wit
 h learning support and wellbeing. It replaced a number of individual servi
 ces and help points spread across the University.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAddress:\n

 that there are limited places available for this visit. To reserve a spac

 ble to attend\, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible. Can
 cellations received less than one week before the event will be charged a 
 £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day\, £25 w
 ill be charged.
