DESCRIPTION:*UPDATE*\n\nDue to unforeseen circumstances\, this event has no
 w been postponed until the autumn \n\nThis event will comprise the followi
 ng programme:\n\n- Tour of the Sheppard Library\n\n- A talk/presentation o
 n the integration of library and student services and our customer service
  ethos\n\n- Q &amp\; A session.\n\nThe tour will be conducted by Glyn Hugh
 es\, Library Operations Manager and the talk/presentation will be given by
  the Head of Student Information and Advice and the Deputy Director of Lib
 rary and Student Support.\n\nMiddlesex’s student helpdesk\, UniHelp\, pa
 rt of the converged Library and Student Services\, has transformed the way
  student enquiries are resolved. Providing support at dedicated desks and 
 remotely\, it is the first port of call for any student enquiry from cours
 e and timetable queries\, to help with learning support or welfare issues.
  It replaced a number of individual services and help points spread across
  the University.\n\nThis visit is free of charge.\n\nPlease note that ther
