SUMMARY:Visit to Guildhall Library[TG2v/Guildhall]
DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nGuildhall Library\, is a public reference
  library on the history of London. We have over 250\,000 items\, from 800 
 year old manuscript books\, to digital collections. Join us for a history 
 and treasures talk and a tour of our stacks\, learning about the original 
 library here 600 years ago and the work the library does today engaging ne
 w audiences with our collections.\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nAccessibility:  The lib
 rary is fully wheelchair accessible\, seating in the main areas\, and can 
 provide seating in the stores as needed.\n\nThere is a wheelchair lift at 
 the main entrance to the London Centre\, and a wheelchair lift from the Lo
 ndon Centre up to the main library.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\nBookings for visits ar
 e free of charge but are open to members of the M25 Consortium of Academic
  Libraries only.\n\nTo book a place\, please use our online booking form f
 or M25 Members.\n\nIf subsequent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you 
 find that you are unable to attend\, we ask that you let us know this as s
 oon as possible.\n\nCancellations received less than three working days be
 fore the event will be charged a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a 
 ‘no-show’ on the day\, £25 will be charged.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPlease note
  that advance booking is required. If you have not received a booking conf
 irmation email\, you won't be included on the registration list and may be
  turned away on the day. Please email cpd25@london.ac.uk if you are unsure
  if you have a confirmed booking.
