  Library and Archives at Kew Gardens holds one of the most important botan
 ical reference collections in the world. The Library also houses a collect
 ion of illustrations and prints dating from the eighteen century to the cu
 rrent day. Join this tour in our Reading Room for a general overview of wh
 at we hold and how we develop Library collections\, and learn about the se
 rvices we offer to Kew staff\, students\, volunteers and the general publi
 c. We will also visit our main Library stacks\, not usually open to visito
 rs and view some items from our special collections\, including our curren

 re free of charge but are open to members of the M25 Consortium of Academi

 LE*\n\nTo book a place om the waiting list\, please use our online booking
  form for M25 Members and enter 'n/a' in the invoicing fields.\n\nIf subse
 quent to booking a place on a cpd25 visit you find that you are unable to 
 attend\, we ask that you let us know this as soon as possible. Cancellatio
 ns received less than three working days before the event will be charged 
 a £15 cancellation fee. In the event of a ‘no-show’ on the day\, £25
  will be charged.\n\nPlease note that advance booking is required. If you 
 have not received a booking confirmation email\, you won't be included on 
 the registration list and may be turned away on the day. Please email cpd2
